Returns & Refunds

Return Window:
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, with original packaging and tags, and you’ll need your order number.

How to Return:
Contact us at support.culturevoid@gmail.com or via the contact page on our store to start the process. We’ll provide instructions for sending your item.

Returns must be sent via tracked delivery to our NL (the Netherlands) address, at your expense.

Customs & Duties:
Any customs or import charges required by your country are your responsibility. Orders returned due to unpaid duties cannot be refunded.
